How does the concierge service work?

Describe your need via the Contact section: dates, location, budget, preferences. We come back within 2 hours with 1 to 3 concrete options (price, terms, timelines). You approve — we execute. No commitment until you give the go-ahead.

Do you handle urgent requests?

Yes — that's actually one of our strengths. We can step in as little as 24 hours before an event. Simply flag the urgency in your message and we will prioritise your file immediately.

What are the contact options?

Via our contact form. Every request is handled manually and we come back to you within 2 hours.

Is there a minimum budget?

No. Our value lies in access and expertise, not a minimum entry price. Whether your budget is €500 or €50,000, we tailor our support to your project.

Do you work with companies?

Yes. We support companies for corporate events, business travel, high-end client gifts and hospitality. B2B requests via our contact form.

Are you available on weekends and public holidays?

Yes. Our team operates 7 days a week. Requests received outside business hours are handled the following morning, unless marked urgent — in which case we step in immediately.

How does payment work?

We communicate the total price before any commitment. Payment is made by bank transfer, card or according to the supplier's terms. No payment is requested before your explicit approval.

Are there any hidden fees?

No. Our fee is included in the quoted price. No admin charges, no hidden commission — the price communicated is the final price.

Can I submit multiple requests at the same time?

Yes. Each request is treated as an independent file. You can entrust us simultaneously with ticketing, a stay, and an object search — we manage each stream separately.

Cancellations & refunds

Conditions vary by supplier (ticketing, hotels, airlines). We always detail them for you before payment, without exception, and negotiate flexible policies wherever possible.

Travel & Accommodation

Do you organise group travel?

Yes, from 2 to 20 or more guests. We coordinate flights, accommodation, transfers and activities for the entire group, with logistics designed so every participant enjoys the same quality of experience.

Do you offer private jets?

Yes. We work with certified operators for point-to-point flights, intercontinental routes and bespoke charters. Pricing, availability and itinerary are established within 24 hours.

What destinations do you cover?

The entire world. Our hotel partners and local providers cover Europe, the Americas, Asia, the Middle East and Africa. If the destination exists, we'll orchestrate it.

Can you organise everything from A to Z?

That is precisely our role. Flights, hotel or villa, airport transfers, restaurant reservations, activities, on-site concierge — we take care of the entire stay so you have nothing to manage.

Can we modify the itinerary after booking?

That depends on the supplier's conditions, which we negotiate from the outset with maximum flexibility. We always inform you of these conditions before confirmation, and manage any modification during your trip.

Do you assist if something goes wrong on-site?

Yes. We remain reachable throughout your stay. Cancelled flight, non-compliant room, unexpected situation — we step in immediately to find a solution so you don't have to deal with anything yourself.

Ticketing & Events

Can you find sold-out tickets?

Yes — that is our speciality. We access private allocations, hospitality packages and approved partners that are not available through official channels. Finals, sold-out concerts, Grand Prix: we find solutions where conventional ticketing has closed.

What events do you cover?

Football (Premier League, Champions League, World Cups, Euros), concerts, festivals (Tomorrowland, Coachella…), F1, tennis, opera, theatre — in France and internationally.

Do you cover events abroad?

Yes. International requests represent a large part of our activity: Monaco Grand Prix, Champions League finals, Wimbledon, Super Bowl, Coachella… We manage tickets and on-site logistics.

Do you offer hospitality packages?

Yes. In addition to tickets, we can arrange VIP boxes, lounge access, team meet-and-greets and full hospitality packages — for an experience far beyond a simple ticket.

Can we request tickets for a group?

Yes, with no upper limit. Whether it's 2 or 50 people, we coordinate the seats, their location and, if needed, the associated logistics (hotel, transport) so the group travels together.

What is the minimum lead time for a request?

The sooner the better: the earlier you plan, the wider the choice and the better the rates. That said, we regularly step in within 24 hours of the event for urgent cases.

Do you also organise private parties?

Yes. Birthdays, stag and hen parties, corporate events — we handle venue search, private hire, catering, entertainment and logistics. Every evening is orchestrated to order.

Are the tickets authenticated?

Yes. We work exclusively with carefully vetted partners. Every ticket is traceable and guaranteed valid. Should any issue arise on the day, we are reachable and take full responsibility.

How does your sourcing process work?

Confidential sourcing via our international network of approved resellers and private collectors. Every piece is authenticated by an independent expert before delivery, with a certificate and full traceability.

Are the pieces new or pre-owned?

Both. New (with invoice and original papers), or from the secondary market (authenticated, with expert report). We always specify the condition and traceability before making any proposal.

How long does it take to locate a piece?

From 48 hours for accessible pieces to several weeks for ultra-rare references. We keep you informed at every stage and only present a piece once it is available and authenticated.

Is there a guarantee after delivery?

Every piece is covered by our authenticity guarantee. Should any doubt arise post-delivery, we arrange an independent expert appraisal at our cost. Your peace of mind is included in every transaction.

Can I sell a piece through your network?

Yes. We connect sellers with serious, verified buyers within our network. The process is confidential, secure and free of unnecessary intermediaries. Contact us to discuss.
